FREE – Onsavii Business Diagnostic Survey
The First Step to Growing Your Business
The Onsavii Business Diagnostic Survey is a simple tool that we use with all clients on our first meeting to identify the potential pain points in a business.
It’s only 15 questions, takes less than 2 minutes to fill out and gives you a general overview of your business.
We have refined these 15 critical questions over the past 17 years of building and running our own automated businesses that have now generated over $80M and served over 1M customers worldwide.
What does the above score mean?
As mentioned above, the score isn’t really a good or a bad thing, however, it is an indicator to show where we can help you make quick gains in your business.
What can I do to increase my score?
There are a number of tactics that you employ to increase your score. Most of the time it boils down to implementing efficient systems and people-processes into your business. Luckily for you, these are common things we deal with for a number of clients and we can help.
I feel my score is really low, am I beyond help?
Short answer … NO, definitely not. Most SME’s that we deal with have scored in the mid teens and below so you are in no way alone. If you had a high score in the first place, you probably wouldn’t be talking to us in the first place! The good news is, we have a number of quick strategies that we can help implement in your business that will instantly make a difference to your score and of course … your sales!
What is a good score to have?
There isn’t really any good or bad score. Dependant on your industry, how you personally feel about your business or where your business is in its life cycle will affect your score. You may take the survey again tomorrow and get a slightly different score, which is also OK.
I don’t agree with my score, is your system broken?
That’s ok, and no, it
OK, I like where this is headed, what do I do next?
